ParticipantI installed the old version 1.7 of ActivInspire on my home laptop but was unable to upgrade to the professional version with the activation key from my school computer (one is a Dell, the other a Mac). So, I unistalled the whole program on my home computer and now I am unable to install any version of ActivInspire. We use very many of your boards in my school system. Please advise.

InactiveThanks for your support inquiry.
Please tell us what you mean by you can’t install any
version of ActivInspire? Are you getting an error message and if so what does
it say? Have you rebooted your computer after uninstalling the old product? The software can be downloaded for free from the support tab
on the Promethean Planet website. http://www.prometheanplanet.comYour activation key will begin with either 0015 or 0016.

InactiveThanks, Frances. I got the version 2.4 install. But I am unable to run the professional version without an activation key. The activation key on my school computer begins with 061D-A322. That is a Dell laptop registered to Henrico County Schools in Virginia. My home machine is a MacBook Pro. Is there an activation key that I can use that will work? Thanks, Rob
