My computer had a virus so I had the operating system re-installed, wiping my computer clean. I have a serial number from my district so I can install the professional version. I don’t see that as an option, so I downloaded the personal edition. It appears to have downloaded; it showed 30 minutes remaining…, but what do I do after that?
Once ActivInspire has finished downloading and installing, when you first run ActivInspire it will ask you for your ‘Name’, ‘Organisation’ and ‘Activation Number’, please enter the serial number the district has provided you with in the Activation number box. Once this is done, accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘Done’ and this will automatically upgrade to the professional version of ActivInspire.
