      This version gives an error message when importing large images:

      The image file "tempImage.png" is too large. 
      Please insert an image with a maximum resolution of 3840 pixels wide by 2160 pixels high.

      The same image imports perfectly OK on version 2.21.69365.

      I have clipart and A4 scanned images that often exceed this new size restriction.

      Once the image is in a flipchart, the newer version can still open the file, but the sizing is wrong. It can be adjusted however even in the new software.

      Can this be put back in new versions?

      Are there change notes describing what’s different?

      Thank you for your post.

      What is the Operating System of your computer? Is it a Windows, Mac or Linux?

      For the size restriction to be adjusted in the newer versions of ActivInspire, we have to submit an Enhancement request. And if that is addressed, it will be available in the future release of the software.

      Thank you for the information. Operating system is Windows 10, 64-bit, 21H1.

      I checked the release note you linked to, but it doesn’t mention any specifics about image size restrictions. Perhaps it was done to fix another bug?

      Please do submit the enhancement request for me.
