      We get an install error message when attempting to download any app from the Promethean Store.  We added the Promethean Store URL to our Firewall whitelist.  Still the same error.  Firmware is up to date.  Our interactive panel model is: Promethean ActivPanel Titanium.  HELP!

      Thanks for providing this.

      Can you confirm let us know what device you are accessing the Promethean Store from?
      Is this from an ActivPanel Elements series, or from an ActivConnect G or OPS-G?

      If from an Elements series ActivPanel, have you integrated an OPS-G to this?

      Is this issue happening on just the one device?

      Hi Adam,

      We have the ActivPanel series.  Not sure what integration with OPS-G is about.  This is occurring with all of our 33 panels.

      Hi Darren,

      Since this is affecting all of your ActivPanels, this is more likely to be network related.

       

      You can visit the Promethean Store by a web browser by going to http://promethean-store.store.aptoide.com/.
      Please note that visiting this site from a web browser displays two search bars. The one at the top of the page will allow you to search the Aptoide store, and will not filter or restrict content.
      The Search application… search bar will allow you to search safely for apps on the Promethean Store.

      If you search this, do applications show?
      If not, then this could indicate that your network may be restricting the content.
