      I tried this reset and it didn’t work.

      Thank you for your reply.

      We are sorry to hear the issue persists following the reset of the OPS-G.

      Do you get the same error message if you connect this device to a working ActivPanel?

      Please, also test a known working OPS in this panel.

      Hi,Switched the ops and it works with different ops so screen working but ops not
