Am I right in assuming you are trying to enroll an ActivPanel into your Panel Management organisation using the mobile app to scan a QR code, when you get the error screen?
If so, where does this error appear exactly? Are you seeing it on the mobile app or on the ActivPanel’s Panel management app?
