      I tried downloading a flipchart from Planet and it looks like a jumbled mess on my computer. I am unable to read any text. How do I fix this?

      Hi Amy,

      Try double clicking in the text boxes (If the boxes are locked then go into design mode). I’ve found that the reason flipcharts do this is when your computer doesn’t have the font that was originally used in the flipchart e.g. Mac computers often have different fonts to Windows.
