I have recently updated my MacBook Pro to a MacBook air and have got ActivInspire working but need to calibrate the pen. The ActivManager is saying a board cannot be found
even though I can use my pen it is just not lining up with the cursor. Any suggestions.
– what driver are you using?
– does the activmanager show a red “X”?
– how is the USB cable connected? (is it connected through extenders, boosters, etc…)
– what is the model of the board? (please do not provide the serial number on the forum)
Thanks for getting back to me. -the driver is ActivDriver -yes the ActivManager does show a red cross -the USB is connected directly into my laptop -the Model of the Board has the product code PRM-AB2-02
I am connected and my pen is recognised by the board but a calibration is not happening, it just comes up with Board not found!
