      Good morning.  I followed the instructions for cloud connect to Google Drive, but nothing is showing up in my Folders.  What am I doing wrong?

      Hello Heather,

      Thank you for your question.

      Here is a link to the Cloud Storage Access User Guide on our support portal:  https://support.prometheanworld.com/s/article/1894?language=en_US

      Please ensure you are using a Nickel or Titanium panel with the panel firmware version 4.0 and above.

      To check the version of panel firmware, please navigate to the Locker then select the Update app. You may then select ‘Check for Updates’ to ensure the panel is on the latest version.

      No.  This does not fix it.  We are on 5.1.200.17.  It will install onedrive but not Google.  Help!!!

      Hello Heather,

      Does it show anything at all?

      Did you see any errors when linking your Google account?

      Also, please upload a new file to your Google Drive and see if that file appears on the panel in Cloud Connect.
