The message I receive when I try to install an app is “there is no available device”

Is the panel enrolled in Panel Management?  If not, you can enable the Google play store through our Panel Management offering.

To get started with Panel Management, please go to the following link:  https://portal.mypromethean.com/

You will need to request an organization as described in the following helpful article on our support portal:  https://support.prometheanworld.com/s/article/1979?language=en_US

Once the organization is confirmed set up, please refer to page 12 of the Promethean Panel Management User Guide for instructions to enable the Google play store:  https://inspire.activsoftware.co.uk/support/Panel_Management_UG_0420v1.6_EN_FINAL.pdf
