My active software works fine on windows 7 & 8 devices, however on my Lenovo windows 10, it is a real pain to work.

With regard to the issue you have raised, please could you provide a photo showing the issue you are experiencing on the Windows 10 Lenovo computer?
Please can you also let us know what the screen resolution on the Lenovo is set to?
