It seems one of my files got corrupted and I can’t seem to open it. It has around 2mb of stuff in it so i presume there is a way to recover it?
Is there a set way or should I email the support staff along with the file?
Are you getting any error messages when attempting to open the file?
What are you seeing when you attempt to open this file that leads you to believe it is corrupt?
Is this happening with any other Flipcharts on that computer or just this one?
Is the file saved on a local hard drive, network drive, or removable storage such as a flash drive?
A screenshot of the issue would be helpful in this case.
