  Please consider the following questions and provide Technical Support with your answers.
  - Is the image still curved when the computer is no longer connected? (Is the “no image” screen curved?)
  - Is the keystone value between -4 and 4?
  - Is the Digital Zoom value at 0?
  - Is there anything behind the ActivBoard that may be pushing it out, causing the image to be curved?

  For assistance with determining if the Projector, Board or the Stand on which the Board and Projector are mounted is at cause for the image being curved in that manner, please contact our Technical Support Team with pictures of what is being seen on the board.
