We do not currently support Windows 10. Our software team are currently looking into the issue.
We are hoping to have an update by the end of the month but this date is not fixed.
I have windows 10 but I am able to open ActivInspire. And more so I have not had any problems opening activinspire. I have the latest Activeinspire and drivers.
For reference Windows 10 is now supported on ActivInspire which can be downloaded on the below link:
Please uninstall any previous version of ActivInspire that you may have previously used.
