      I had this a week ago but ran an update as prompted. I have a valid key starting in 0016 and am entering it in the register area under the help tab but I am not able to select “Run Professional Edition. ” 
      Please help

      Hi Naomi,

      When you are on the registration screen, are you being sure to fill in your username, organisation, and ticking the box that says you agree to the EULA?  This is the most common reason for it not allowing registration to complete.

      If you have done all of the above and it is still not allowing you to unlock the professional content, then please delete the licence file from your PC, assuming you are on a windows machine the licence file is located at the following path (you need access to hidden files and folders):

      C:ProgramDataPrometheanActivInspire

      Once deleted, try rebooting and registering the software again.
