      Before contacting Technical Support, please see article 10666 on the Knowledge Base to check the product compatibility. We would recommend the following steps:

      • Ensure ActivDriver is up to date.  (see article 10902 on the Knowledge Base)

      • If you’re using an ActivHub, ensure the firmware is up to date.  (see article 10421 on the Knowledge Base)
