We have an ActivWall that was installed about 6 months ago. At the time it was installed, we had interactivity while in extend mode. The teacher was out for a few days and when she returned, the wall was no longer interactive while in extend. She now has a new laptop running Windows 10. We hoped that would resolve the issue, but it has not. Please advise.
The ActivWall isn’t supported by the ActivDriver in extended desktop mode. You will need to calibrate using the Windows Calibration Tool, this will allow you to select which screen you’d like to calibrate.
