      Good morning,

I’m using ActivInspire Pro 2.19.69200 and getting a Java error when trying to use Equation Editor.  I have updated Java, and restarted my computer.

It looks like I need Java 32 bit based on another thread.  However, I can’t find a link to install that version.  Can you tell me if that will resolve my problem and do you have a direct link for installing the 2 bit version?

      Thanks,
      Rob

      Hi Rob,

      Thank you for your post!

You are right! In order to fix the equation tool error message, you need to install both 64 and 32-bits versions of Java.

Please click here to access the 32-bits Java page and select one of the following options – “Windows Online” or “Windows Offline”.

We hope our reply helps you in fixing the issue.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

      Kind regards,
      Slim
