      Here are a few things to try. If you are still having a problem, please contact Technical Support for further instructions.

      • Ensure that the distance between the object and the ActiView lens is proper (5cm or more).

      • Test the Auto Tune function for image quality issues.

      • Test the Auto Focus on the projector to ensure there are not any issues there.

      • Make sure the Image Mode is not set to microscope mode.

      • Test with known working video cabling.

      • Press the Menu button on the remote or the unit and select Advance. Select Factory Reset and Yes to perform the factory reset.

      • Test with a different computer.
