Here are a few things to try. If you are still having a problem, please contact Technical Support for further instructions.
Ensure that the distance between the object and the ActiView lens is proper (5cm or more).
Test the Auto Tune function for image quality issues.
Test the Auto Focus on the projector to ensure there are not any issues there.
Make sure the Image Mode is not set to microscope mode.
Test with known working video cabling.
Press the Menu button on the remote or the unit and select Advance. Select Factory Reset and Yes to perform the factory reset.
Test with a different computer.
