The touch on my board is not working. We had a company come in and set them up for us and it used to work. I plugged a mouse into it, and now even when the mouse is unplugged and restarted it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions before I turn it in at my school? Hoping to fix it, because it can take a week to get a tech here. THANKS! Ashley
For us to give specific advice, we would need to know the model number of your ActivBoard, please do not post your serial number! We would also need to know the operating system of the computer that you are using.
General things to try would be to make sure that your USB is swapped for a known working one that is 3m or less and connected directly, bypassing any wallboxes or connectivity panels.
Please also ensure that you are running the latest version of ActivDriver.
