      myPromethean portal

      Enhancements

      • We’ve improved the process for registering an account and signing in to make it easier and quicker.
      • We’ve added device specific instructions for using Screen Share to share.mypromethean.com.
      • We’ve added Israel and Pakistan as Country/Region options in user profiles.
      • We’ve improved the design across the myPromethean portal.

      Bug Fixes

      • We’ve fixed an issue where users associated with multiple organizations could not switch organizations while on the myPromethean homepage and Resource Library.
      • We’ve fixed various localization issues.

       

      Panel Management

      New Features

      • We’ve added the ability for Administrators to be able to change what can be done at the panel by enabling or disabling certain panel settings – ensuring a more secure panel and a more consistent experience across schools.
      • We’ve added the ability for Administrators to enable the Google Play Store to be accessed directly on the panel. Enabling access to the Google Play Store also enables Google Mobile Services (GMS or Google Services).
      • We’ve added the ability for Organization and Panel Administrators to create custom sites and assign Site Managers to those sites, making managing panels in large, spread-out districts easier. Each site can have one or more Site Managers and panels assigned to it.
      • We’ve added the ability for Administrators to download a CSV file and easily view a summary of their enrolled panels.

      Enhancements

      • Masquerade events, activities completed by Promethean Administrators during a support session, now appear in Panel Management activity logs.

       

      User Management

      New Features

      • Activity logs can now be found in a user’s detail page. All actions taken on that specific user will be displayed. Sort by Date/Time or Admin for a more focused view.
      • We’ve added Site Manager as a new role, making it easier for Organization Administrators in large, distributed districts to manage and control which panels each administrator has access to. Site Managers can apply updates and configurations to panels that belong to their sites but will only be able to view panels associated with the organization.

      Enhancements

      • We’ve added the ability to apply bulk actions to users with different statuses (i.e. Suspend or Activate). Previously, bulk actions could only be applied to users with the same status.
      • We’ve improved the design across User Management.
      • We’ve improved the design of the filter function across User Management to make it easier and quicker to get a focused view.

      Bug Fixes

      • We’ve fixed various localization issues.

       

      Resource Library

      Enhancements

      • Ratings and Reviews – we’ve made the language more user friendly for submitting a rating.
      • Preview Images – some of our flipcharts did not contain preview images and instead had a default image for the preview. All flipcharts have been updated with preview images.
      • Search improvements – we’ve optimized our search engine, specifically for better single word searches.

      Bug Fixes

      • Minor localization updates for French, Spanish, and German.
      • Minor design updates.
