Hello Promethean!

This is a bit of a follow up on a ticket that was put in a couple of months back (case number 01223176) from my coworker.

Long story short, we have a Promethean Board ActivTable that we are hoping to get the original promethean software for. We ended up wiping the device a while back because someone had set a password on it, and we did not realize there was a way to factory reset the device outside of windows. We ended up installing windows 10 on the device.

However, I don’t think the original ticket mentioned that we wiped and reinstalled windows. Is there any chance we would be able to load the activtable software on the device with the way it is set up currently? Thanks!

Thank you for your post.

Kindly understand that we do not provide links to the ActivTable software as it is a proprietary software.

Once you have wiped and upgraded the ActivTable to Windows 10, you will only be able to use it as a Windows tablet. Also the ActivTable have not been tested on Windows 10 Operating system.

Promethean most up to date ActivTable is running on Windows 8 Operating System.
