I understand there was an issue last year regarding the inability to play videos on these applications.
Has there been a fix? I am able to log in and see title only, then the screen blanks out.

Applications such as these are updated frequently. I would advise you first, to make sure your apps are updated. Then to ensure your android device is on the latest firmware.
Which device are you using?
Do you have an Elements series panel and you’re using the panel’s operating system?
