Our school has a new Activpanel 80″ (version 4.5) and it keeps losing connectivity to the computer in any mode (Duplicate, Extended Mode, and Projector only).  It’s connected via VGA and the issue happens with both VGA inputs.

The computer is a Lenovo M77 desktop (AMD chip, 32 bit)

      Hi Dennis,

Thank you for posting on the Support Community.

With regard to the issue raised, does anything in particular happen when the ActivPanel looses the video input? For example, is a video being displayed?

Does your VGA cable go directly into the ActivPanel input from the computer, or does this go through any cable extensions, wallboxes or connectivity panels?

If you use a HDMI cable, does the same issue also happen?

Please could you ensure that your graphics driver on your Lenovo has been updated, just in case of any driver issues with the graphics card.

I look forward to your reply.

      Kind regards,
      Adam

      Hi Adam,

I did manage to figure out the problem.

It was the graphics card software that needed updating.

      Thanks.
