To better assist you with the issue you reported, we kindly ask you to ensure that the ActivBoard is securely connected to the computer and to confirm if it is detected in ActivManager and if you are able to calibrate the board.
Have you tested another pen? Is there any change in the colour of the flame when you place the pen on the board?
Please, also provide the model number of this board, so that we provide further assistance.
