      I am trying to calibrate but my pen is not being recognized by the LED calibration area at the top right of the screen. I saw in previous posts that someone was having the same problem I am having, but there was no resolution. They suggested that the person reinstall an updated driver, but that didn’t work.

      Hi Terry,

      Thank you for your post.

      Do you know the model of ActivBoard that you are using?
      Does the LED on the ActivBoard change colour when the pen is touched on the surface of the board? If it does and you can’t calibrate please turn the ActivBoard off from the mains and remove the USB cable for 10 minutes and then reconnect and re-test.

      If you do not see the LED change colour, this would indicate it is not detecting the pen, please try the step above and if nothing still please try a different ActivPen.
