please note , when connecting the active expressions using the latest update (active hub and active expressions) and active inspire 2.8 version
we are facing a problem, the active inspire stop responding.
NB: this problem is happening on windows 7,8 or 10

Can I ask what happens when ActivInspire stops responding? Does the software freeze? Do the ActivExpressions or hub stop responding?

It keeps loading stop responding and if i cancel it or exit the stop responding message the active inspire close automatically

Actually this problem is happening before registering the active expressions

Thank you for the information. Can you please ensure you have the very latest driver installed. The driver connects to your ActivHub, the latest version is 5.14.21 and can be downloaded from the below link:
Please test after the driver has been installed and let me know if the issue persists.

Sorry to hear that you are still having problems. Can you please confirm the firmware version showing on your ActivHub from within ActivManager?

I suspect this is more of an ActivInspire issue than the driver and ActivExpressions causing an issue.
Please can you ensure that you have the latest versions of Java and Flash installed.
Is there any particular point when ActivInspire crashes/freezes?
Is this on start up or when clicking on an option or setting?
