I would recommend testing another USB cable, if this doesn’t get a stable connection please test directly into the back of the ActivBoard bypassing any wall boxes or connection panels that may be in use. Please also ensure you have the latest ActivDriver installed, this can be downloaded from article 10902 on http://www.PrometheanKB.com.
