Are other pens able to be calibrated to this board? If not, we may need to look further at the board and its connection to the computer.
If so, then that particular pen would be in need of replacement. If it has been in use for less than one year, our support team would be able to replace that pen for you. Please contact them if this is the case, with either the serial number of the board (if this pen was included with your board) or a copy of the invoice under which the pen was purchased (if purchased separately).
