      Registered Activotes but coming up with the wrong number. How do I fix this? Everything is updated.

      Hi Carol.
      Have you tried to reset your devices and re-registering them at all? If so, are these still appearing as the wrong number devices?
      Should the issue persist after resetting the ActivHub and re-registering the ActiVotes please do not hesitate to get in touch with Promethean Technical Support directly. You can do this by filling in the form on the below link:

      Make sure that you are not in Anonymous mode. This is the icon at the top of the Voting browser that has a little ? on it, the second to last icon. Try clicking it and voting again, see if that gives you the correct numbers.
