Have you tried to reset your devices and re-registering them at all? If so, are these still appearing as the wrong number devices?

Make sure that you are not in Anonymous mode. This is the icon at the top of the Voting browser that has a little ? on it, the second to last icon. Try clicking it and voting again, see if that gives you the correct numbers.
