With the 1.5 release, we’ve added notifications to Panel Management to inform administrators about integration and firmware version compatibility, and we’ve made technical and performance improvements throughout the myPromethean portal.

Enhancements

Panel Management

• We’ve added notifications to Panel Management to inform administrators about integration and ActivPanel firmware version compatibility.
  • Users will be notified when an integration they are enabling on an ActivPanel is not compatible with that panel’s firmware or when the ActivPanel firmware has not yet been tested by the integration partner.
  • Administrators who choose to delay enabling an untested integration can also request to be notified by email when a tested version of the integration becomes available.

Bug fixes

Panel Management

• Users who are assigned the Site Manager role can now create panel configurations.

 Resource Library

• Resources can now be filtered by 5-star average rating.

myPromethean portal

• In the notification email that is sent to administrators of newly registered organizations, we’ve corrected the links to the user guides so that the documents are in the administrator’s chosen language.
• We’ve improved the consistency of the design across myPromethean portal applications.
• We’ve improved the stability and performance of the myPromethean portal.
