      With the myPromethean v1.6 portal release, we’ve streamlined the user experience for requesting organizations, improved the process for enabling 3rd party integrations, and added visibility for our Support teams to more efficiently gather information about panels during troubleshooting.



      • We have streamlined the process for users to request organizations through myPromethean:
        • The request form will step users through a more detailed flow to help ensure the right person is requesting an organization and prevent duplication.
        • Logic has been added to the home page to let users know if they are already a part of an organization, rather than allow for duplicate requests.
        • Backend processes have been automated to reduce the setup time for a new organization.
      • We have added Organization Details to the account information for users who have Organization Admin privileges:
        • View Organization information
        • Request additional organizations
      • Support teams will now have visibility to more panel information in a support case:
        • When provided a serial number from a customer, the Promethean Support team will now be able to see more information about a panel to help in their resolution efforts.

      Bug Fixes

      Panel Management

      • We’ve fixed an issue where some serial numbers were not enrolling into Panel Management

      Resource Library

      • We have addressed a minor issue where the ‘Remove’ icon displayed as ‘Save’ for resources already added to a user’s collection after the page was refreshed.
