      I have tried repeatedly to use screen recorder, and when I hit the stop button I get a pop up box that says screen recorder error:9. . When I try to press the play key a pop up box tells me an action cannot be completed because componenr (screen recorder) is not responding. Choose switch to to activate the conponent to correct the problem. When i click switch to button, the box goes away and I try to record and the same thing happens. Please help me!!!

      Thanks for posting.

      Please could you confirm the current version of ActivInspire used?
      This can be checked by launching ActivInspire and clicking on Help>About (Windows) or ActivInspire>About (Mac.
      The latest version of the software is version 2.4, if you are not using this version please upgrade the software and see if you have the same issue.

      If you get the same issue, please could you provide a screenshot of the error?
