      When screen recording, sometimes I get and Unable to save error 9 at the end of my recording.  What is causing this and how can I fix it?  I don’t get the error until after it is too late.   Does this have anything to do with the length of the recording.  Please help – screen recording worked a week ago.  Thanks

      Can you please confirm the length of the video? Can you also confirm what version of ActivInspire you are running?

      To find the version, please open the software and click Help > About.

      Version 2.13 and I am recording a 30 min class.

      Hi Rita,

      Thank you for your post.

      The latest ActivInspire version is the 2.19.

      Can you please update the software by clicking on the Help Menu > Check for updates?

      If the issue persists, please confirm the operating system installed on your computer and provide us with a screenshot of the Screen Recorder error message.
