When I attempt to use the Screen Share feature on the Promethean Board I am getting a message indicating that the “RTC Failed.” I have made sure both my devices are on wifi, that both my devices are up to date, and that the date and time are correct. Nothing seems to fix this issue. Can you please advise how to get this issue fixed so that I can use screen share? Thank you.
