Into which version of
the ActivInspire software is the SMART file in question being imported?  If needed, the up-to-date version 2.3
software can be downloaded from this
page on Promethean Planet.

 

Is the SMART file in
question able to import into any other user’s copy of the software, either on
another computer or on the same computer? 
Are other SMART files able to be imported without any issue?

 

Does the SMART File in
question contain any flash objects or other media files?
