    I’m doing an update to firmware and then an active board does not work and when detecting the sensors give it a Damaged
    What do I do until I come back healthy

    I have followed the update steps found here

    I’d recommend contacting Promethean Technical Support directly and providing the serial number and firmware version shown on your ActivBoard.

    The article doesn’t seem to exist when clicking on that link.
