I get this errormessage every time I want to use the math equation: Missing expected folder or files C:/program files(x86)/Activ Software/Inspire/Java
How do I get files into the Java-folder?

Hi Susan, Do you have Java installed on your system at the moment? If you don’t then please download and install the latest version. If you do have it installed please can you ensure it is fully up to date.
Please let us know if this corrects your issue.

I have Java installed and it is the latest version (14. july 2015) but there is nothing in the java-folder (in the Inspire-folder).
Can I copy this folder (C:Program Files (x86)Java) into this folder C:/program files(x86)/Active Software/Inspire/Java ?

Thanks for your patience, I have sent an email to your registered email address and I have attached the contents of my Inspire Java folder, if these make it through on the email, you should be able to put these in the folder on your computer. The path is C:Program Files (x86)Activ SoftwareInspirejava
Please let us know if this corrects the issue!

I’ve got the same problem with the equation editor, too. Everytime I want to start/ use it, I’m getting an error that Java isn’t installed.
I have installed the latest version of Java and ActivInspire.
May You help?

Jarrad send me a zipped archive. I expanded it to the Java folder. After that the equation editor works very well.

I detect the reason for the error: I worked with Java 64-bit. Since I installed the 32-bit Version, too, it’s working.
Thanks for your patience & help, Susan!
