      I am trying to upgrade from the Personal Edition to the Professional Edition. However, when i enter the key from the board, it opens up a browser window with a 404 error. Am i doing this correctly or is the site having issues?

      Hi Rick,

      Thank you for your post on the Support Community.

      With regard to this issue, we are aware that the Upgrade icon is experiencing some issues with ActivInspire.

      I will send you a separate email, if you could confirm the serial number located on the ActivBoard and email us back we will generate you an ActivInspire Activation key to upgrade to the Professional edition.
