      My ActivInspire isn’t registering my Virtual Hub, what do I do? I can’t register student iPads. The device registration window is completely blank. I have everything up to date.

      Hi Tori,
      Please update your ActivDriver and this should fix the issue.
      Please go to http://www.PrometheanKB.com and search for article 10902. Once downloaded and installed, restart your computer and your ‘Device registration’ window should see your virtual hub.

      I tried to download it and it said “Promethean ActivDriver can’t be installed on this disk. A newer version of this software is already installed.”

      Hi Tori,
      Whats the current version of ActivInspire installed? 
      Please ensure that you are using ActivInspire 2.3 and ActivDriver 5.10

      If you are still experiencing issues I would recommend contacting Promethean Technical Support directly and quote your reference number (00497519).
