I have a VTP-65 panel that is faulty. It’s still under the 5 year warranty but I’m struggling to register the problem with support. I thought I’d managed to register problem 7 days ago but I’ve had no response. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks for posting. If a ticket was logged then you should have had an email? I did check and couldn’t see anything from you or the school. The correct process is to go to this page: https://support.prometheanworld.com/contact then make one search for anything, then you should see the “Please contact the Support team for further assistance.” option appear.
