      The first thing you need to determine is whether you are having a problem with the ActivPen itself or USB connection issues. First, test the ActivPen on another ActivBoard. Secondly, ensure that the ActivDriver and ActivBoard firmware are current (see articles 10902 & 10800 on the Knowledge Base). If it does not work, then you may have a faulty ActivPen. Contact Technical Support for further instructions. If it does work, then you are having USB connection issues with your ActivBoard. Please follow the instructions in article 10419 on the Knowledge Base
