InactiveSo we can better assist with this issue, can you provide a
description or screen shot of the error being encountered? If this is in regards to an Activation Key need to unlock ActivInspire’s
Professional Edition features, we can provide guidance in that regard.Article 10937 from our Knowledgebase provides some instruction
on how to generate that Key. Additionally, our Technical Support Team can be contacted by Phone
or through e-mail
via a submission to our Knowledgebase for further guidance with that Key.(Support Case 00564017)

InactiveI suppose my request is different. (Feel free to place this as a new thread). I have the serial number, product number, and activation key. However, the install does not complete correctly on several MacBook Pros that myself and a colleague worked on diligently. It does not install correctly. Again, IOS 10.4.4.
Again, I can download it, but it’s not installing the actual application.

InactiveDuring the installation process, are you presented with any
messages indicating a problem with the installation or any error messaging indicating
any other issue presenting during that process?
Does the same error present on each of the Macs on which the software is
being installed? Can you also confirm the version of software being installed
on that Mac?(Support Case 00564017)

InactiveNo error message is given. In fact, it says the install is successful, but that is not the case. It does not install. Other pieces of it installs (see my screenshots for details). https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1FFHMN4R0MAS28ybXk1VmgxMlk/view?usp=sharing

InactiveHi,
Thanks for providing the screenshots.
From looking at the screenshots it appears that you have installed the ActivDriver.pkg this will allow connection to your ActivBoard. You will also need to install the ActivInspire.mpkg, have you tried this?
