    I am getting a message to clean filter on a PRM-32 projector. I have looked at the owners manual and it does not show where or how to clean the filter.

    Hi MDSTech,

    The PRM-32 does not have a filter.
    You may periodically see a warning message about the maintenance of your projector filters through the ActivDriver software.

    The frequency of this message can be adjusted, and even switched off from the Projector tab in the ActivManager Control Panel.

    If you are an IT administrator and wish to disable this message quickly for all users across multiple systems, please follow the instructions below.

    1. Create a new Notepad file with the following lines:
      [General]
      projector.use=false
      projector.warningPeriod=2
    2. Save the file as Projector.ini and place it in C:ProgramDataPromethean.
    3. Restart the computer.

    This method allows you to apply the setting for all users on the computer at once. To disable the message on multiple computers, copy the same Projector.ini file to C:ProgramDataPromethean on any other Windows machine.

    Please note, that by disabling this warning message, you will no longer be prompted to carry out periodic checks required to correctly maintain the projector. Regular maintenance reduces the need for optical cleaning or repair and maximizes lamp life. It is imperative that the projector is regularly maintained in accordance with the user manual.

    For more information about projector maintenance, please refer to article 1462.

    I hope this information helps.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
