  The whiteboard does not operate even though the special program is available and I tried another whiteboard and found it works as the whiteboard pen and the activhub is not its righ

  Are you not getting a connection from your computer to the ActivBoard? Can you please confirm the model of ActivBoard you have. To help you find the model, please take a look at article 1088.
  
  Does the ActivBoard show in your ActivManager?
