      I’m using Windows 7 x64 bit OS. When i’m opening the Classflow Desktop application, sometimes it’s not working properly. You can see that it’s open in the task manager and running. Is there a bug in Classflow Desktop?

      Hi amedel,

      Thank you for posting on the Support Community.
      When this is not working, do you see the application on the taskbar at the bottom? 

      Is there anything different been done to your knowledge from when this works and doesn’t work? 

      If you still experience this issue happening, I would recommend uninstalling ClassFlow Desktop and redownloading and installing again in case you are using an outdated version.

      Hi Adam,

      I’ve already tried re-installing the Classflow Desktop, But still this problem occurs. I’ve already check my process onthe machine but I only have  41% when using the app.

      Hi amedel,

      If you create another user or log in with another user on the computer, does the same issue occur?

      Did you download a fresh version of ClassFlow Desktop or use the same installation file as previous?

      Yes, I’ve already tried using different users on the computer. I’ve downloaded fresh installer too.

      It always hide itself or not working properly. The problem is when I open the Classflow Desktop, It always hide it self on the desktop part, I thought it didn’t open or something. But when i hover my mouse pointer on the bottom right of the desktop I notice that it is there. Its just hidden.

      Hi Miguel, Sorry for the late reply. This is my screenshot of the said problem in using Classflow Desktop with the specs of my machine that I’m currently using. To let you know. Sometimes it’s working properly but most of the time its like that.

      Hi amedel,

      Thanks for providing this information.

      If you press ALT + TAB, does this allow you to select ClassFlow Desktop and allow you to use it? 
      Also is your screen settings displayed to cloned or extended?

      Thanks for your reply.

      Do you have this same issue with any other computer? Or computer of the same model?

      Please could you advise what graphics card you have along with if you have Windows Aero theme in use?
      Right-click on the desktop, select Personalize. Click on Themes and select the default Windows themes. Next, in Windows Color & Appearance, ensure that Enable Transparency is checked. 

      Does the same issue occur if you restart your computer?

      Hi Adam, It work on the default theme of Microsoft.

      Hi amedel,

      Looks like we posted at the same time, glad to hear this helped fix the issue.

      I’m not aware of any compatibility issues with the different themes that Windows has to offer.
      This could be a matter of checking what works and suits you for themes.
