Screen Recorder Error 20

Hello,
I have been trying to launch the Activinspire screen recorder, but every time it comes up with "Screen Recorder Error 20." I have no idea what this means, or what I should do. The screen recorder has worked before, so I don't understand what is wrong. Please help!

    Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

    With regard to this issue, please can you confirm the version of ActivInspire in use? This can be found by opening ActivInspire>Help>About (Windows) or ActivInspire>About ActivInspire (for MAC OS).

    Please ensure that this is up to date, the current version of ActivInspire is 2.10. 


    Which screen recorder option are you choosing?
