      Our department has five AP6-75A-4K panels running ActiveConnect OPS-G2.  We have had them running successfully since April 2019.  Since mid December, four of the five panels have been having connectivity issues when trying to cast through ActivCast.  When attempting to connect we are receiving “device not found”.   Any guidance would be appreciated.

      Hi Tonya,

      Thank you for your reply.

      Please can you ensure that your OPS-G software is updated, we’re currently on version 2.4.

      To avoid any network issues, if you turn your smart phone into a WIFI hotspot, connect the OPS-G to this WIFI network, and connect your mirroring device to this network too.

      Once connected, please then use ActivCast and try to mirror.
