      Will the the Activwand run with an my Promethean Board or Do I need the Activwand model 50? The board is model 387 running firmware version 8.09 build 4.

      Hello Jim,

      For your model of
      board, only the ActivWand50 (with a grey button) will work. The ActivWand (with
      an orange button) can only be used with boards whose Product codes begin with “PRM-AB2…”
