I have a couple document cameras that when in use will reverse the image and we can’t seem to get it back unless uninstalling/reinstalling. Looking to see if there is an easier way to handle this.
To help us look into the issue can you please confirm what version of the driver you have installed? Are you launching the ActiView in ActivInspire?
Finally can you please confirm the version of ActiView you have, you can find this information on the base of the unit.
We got this to work by rolling back in Windows 10 (before 1607). The new ActivView doc cams don’t seem to have the issue (as of yet).
